Twilio volunteers are here to help NGOs and Nonprofits get started with Twilio, troubleshoot a project underway, advise on recruiting strategy, etc. Each meeting is 1 hour long. Start by searching volunteers by keyword and find someone from whom you'd like help. In your initial message, please give a brief but detailed description of the problem you're trying to solve.

Following your introduction and available times to meet, your Impact Corps volunteer will accept a time or will propose up to three new meeting times. You and your Impact Corps volunteer will get each other's contact information over email to arrange logistics for your advisory meeting.

Your meeting will happen by video or phone call. The Impact Corps volunteer will work with you to understand your organization’s needs and discover how they can help. Any follow-up actions or conversations after the advisory meeting should be mutually agreed upon by you and the volunteer.

If your project is going to require more than one meeting, you and your Impact Corps volunteer can decide to create a timeline and agree on the outcomes you'd like to create together.
