I’m a service and experience designer. I have worked with digital marketing agencies and the public sector leading design process for digital products. My skill set include qualitative research with users, designing new digital products based on the users’ interactions, creating and testing interactive prototypes and delivering and supervising design briefs for programmers and UI designers.
